Lexus Tops in Customer Loyalty

I find this to be a very impressive stat, honestly, and believe it speaks volumes on the pleasure of owning a Lexus. (Granted, the German manufacturers are right close to the same rate of return, but that doesn’t make it any less of a feat.)

No surprise indeed…
Got my first Lexus this year (IS 250 AWD) and love it. Always been a Toyota customer (Celica, Corrola, Avensis…) I felt in love with Lexus customer service….
Now my only concern is what’s next. I try for 2 days the ES (IS maintenance) and I didnt like it at all, were on the other hand, I find BMW or Mercedes product line much widder…

Sébastien: try the GS. I was positively surprised by the GS450h. Much more agile than I expected. Too bad it’s USD180k here.

I agree in that I would like to see Lexus expand their line over the next several years. The choices are scarce.
