Lexus of Tulsa is in the process of building a new dealership building, and employee Austin Colbert decided to commemorate the event with this photo:
Edited for clarity: It reminds me of my ‘94 LS valet key, but commenters have told me valet keys are now grey and this is now the standard key design. Still, it makes me want to geek out and assemble a timeline of key styles.

It is a brand new key, most likely to a new RX, GX or SC. The buttons are on the other side, Black Keys are Master Keys with full remote function, Gray Keys are the Vallet Key without buttons.

It looks like all my master keys from my ‘98 LS and ‘03 LX except for one very big thing…the ugly sticker (LX) or engraving (LS) of the Denso company, a Toyota division that makes the keys and navs.
I think that Lexus should keep on with this historical key, a key that the Mr. Suzuki claimed to be to best looking of any luxury keys.
On the other hand, the key card and the fob without the metal key sticking out are great as well. The chrome Lexus insignia and higher-quality plastic…frankly, I prefer carrying them around. The traditional key is more for admiration rather than showing off x]
